Disappointing
Definitely size down. It runs large and it's a scuba fabric, so you wont be able to gather it with the belt without making huge bubbles. Most of outer edges are raw, cut sloppily and already fraying. It is happening right on the shoulders, so makes it look way cheaper. The inside stitches are very scratchy. So I would recommend it only if it's on sale and you are in a rush.

Loved it online, hated when arrived. Not a fan of scuba material. Made me look huge. Would be great dress in another fabric.

Disappointing
So I read the reviews before I ordered and someone had said it makes you look big and scuba material, but I didn’t pay attention and I ordered a size 4. I am 5.3 , 145 pounds. The dress fit me , but it did make me look huge and the top was very uncomfortable. So I should have gone by the reviews. I had to return it do not recommend unless you are a size 0 and this will look cute one you.
