Garden Brocade Fit & Flare Minidress

First I got large and immediately loved the quality and color of the dress, but it was too loose above the waist/under bust (I’m DD). In addition to being loose up top, the zipper was really hard to get past the middle seam. I was hoping medium would fit but it was slightly too small in the waist area and the zipper issue was prevalent.

The dress does run large which I noticed when I looked at the pictures. I am larger on the top than on the bottom and needed more room there. So keep that in mind when you order. This dress is perfectly springy and lovely. I needed a gold dress but with the beige base and yellow flowers as well as the shine from the material, it looks gold enough. It suits my tastes while also fitting in the required dress code for the event I will be attending. I am usually an xl on bottom and XXL on top (wide back plus boobs). This dress suits me well. I will wear it with a satin black blazer and sage green flats.

Firstly, the dress fits much larger than it should for it's size. I understand it's supposed to be a looser fit, but, the chest part literally hangs off of me in the front and back. There were serious quality issues with the dress as well- loose seams, threads sticking out all over, and a faulty zipper I couldn't get up or down. Only reason I gave it 2 stars is because it is gorgeous and the fabric feels and looks high quality. Returning.
