Flutter Sleeve Asymmetric Hem Dress

This dress is extremely flattering and works for petite and no petite alike. It is ruched on one side which hides a little tummy. High neck with pleating is conservative but flattering. I felt sexy and beautiful in this dress. The only thing I don’t care for is the flutter sleeves go from short up at the top to long beneath the arm. The fabric isn’t double-sided so you see the inside of the material from the side. Also, where the zipper ends along the butt, it sticks out. Neither of these things were worth a return for me. I’m petite and the A line dress worked for me. I paired this dress with tall boots and could work with multiple styles.

I have no idea how this dress has any positive reviews. I am 5’4” ~130 lbs, with an hourglass figure. I typically wear an XS which is the size I ordered. However, when I received the dress, I was shocked by how large it is. The waist, which is listed as a 26 for an XS, was actually 32 inches across. Every measurement listed in the size chart is actually 5-7 inches larger in reality. Beware of this while ordering, and size down at least 2 sizes, although that still may not be enough.
