A must have!
This dress is so beautiful! It arrived just as it looks on the model in the pictures. I love the Moroccan Blue color and style of the dress, it fits perfectly and is true to size unlike another Chelsea28 Dress I purchased along with this one. This is a must have dress for spring summer and fall! I will be wearing it this weekend to my cousins baby shower!

wanted to love this, but the fit was just off...I might try to size up if it becomes available. beautiful color and cute style.

A must have!

Can’t go wrong with this dress
This dress is exactly how it’s shown in the picture. It’s light , with good material. Good for afternoon or evening parties. It can be dresses up or down.

I heart this dress
I originally ordered this dress in a small and it was a little too big...the XS had been sold out but I really wanted this dress....finally I was able to get the XS and it fits perfectly. It's not a "fitted" dress but it doesn't make you look frumpy either. The tie around the neck add a little extra and it's just a really cute dress. I think I'll be able to dress it up or down. I'm definitely happy and also want to check out other Chelsea28 items!

Classy, Chic & Sassy!
Classy, chic and a little flirty! This dress is really comfortable only one small complaint if you have a larger bust size might be a little snug in chest area.
I love all the detail ruffle details and bow on back of neck! This navy color is a classic. The length is just right. Worth the price. Can be dressed up or down...it’s a must have!
