Staple in my skincare routine
As I'm coming to the end of finishing my second bottle I'm convinced on keeping this serum in my skincare routine. Applying this daily has majorly transformed my skin barrier and keeps my skin all around hydrated and tight.

Don't believe the hip
You are paying a high price point for Green Tea (an antioxidant), aloe (smoothes the skin) and glycerin (for hydration). Near the bottom of the ingredients is rosehip oil which brightens the skin. There are also a few other antioxidants and moisterizers. There's nothing wrong with the ingredients listed, but if you do some research you'll find the same ingredients in excellent brands that you can buy for $10 - $15. This is super overpriced for ingredients that are not unique or expensive to turn into skincare.

Gentle serum

Dried out my skin
This made my skin feel tight, dry and sticky right away, and left a slight burning sensation. It was drying up my face so badly, I had to wash it off with a good cleanser to get my softness back. I don't have sensitive skin and really wanted to love this based on the tv reviews, etc, but it felt terrible on my skin and is going right back.

MOLD
I have purchased and loved this product in the past. However, I went to apply it recently and noticed the dropper was discolored and molded. I reached out to True Botanicals and was told I should follow up with the place of purchase. I will follow up with Nordstrom bc it is too expensive to let 3/4 of a bottle go to waste but very disappointed in TB. For the price and expected quality, I would have expected better customer support.
