Soft Fabric and Sweet Detailing
Soft and sweet this dress is lovely and fashionable with the slight balloon and puff sleeves that fall above the wrists! The fabric is very comfortable and has a nice weight to it. The form is nice, I do not feel like I'm wearing a formless bag. I am 5'9", 130 lbs and wear a size small.
