Great for glitter lovers
I am a sucker for sparkle and love this soft palette. The four matte shades are well pigmented and can be easily blended. They can be worn alone or as a neutral base under the glitter. Four of the five glitter shades are simply sparkle flakes and practically no pigment, best used as a topper. I use my finger to put these four glitter shades on the lid, usually over one of the neutrals. The silver is creamier and more pigmented. The case is pretty, with a large mirror. All of the shadows apply very cleanly and make it easy for this novice to put on without having to clean up fallout or mistakes.

No pigment and chunky
Insta made me buy it. The colors looked great. However the matte shadows were very unpigmented and the glitter chunky. I tried my finger, wet brush, dry brush and glitter glue. Very patchy and the pan was hard. Spend a few dollars more for Natasha Denona.

disappointing
The colors appear stunning. In the package. The shadows are buttery soft. Which, might seem nice…but the plastic cover practically gouged out half a shadow. Allergic reaction to the most basic brown, no reaction to the shimmers. Who knows? Ended up returning for a Natasha Denona palette which was a few dollars cheaper and has double the colors.

Beautiful but Shadows Fell Out
I had mixed feelings on buying this palette. It's expensive, but it looks beautiful. It has limited shadows that are too repetitive, but oh my gosh those blue and purple shades. Put it on the Nordstrom card, get points... "just buy it" and I did and I was so excited. Opened it up, loved it. Put on a few shades (seriously only a few shades I wanted) thought on how beautiful the cover was and how nice it looked. I wanted to see the names of the shades on the little plastic paper covering the mirror so I gently turned it over thinking it would come out as the plastic was in securely.
The plastic page came out well with the names and............so did many of the shadow. For a minute I thought "wow you can take them out like ND and put them in a ...." then I realized I was wrong. No, they simply fell out and there was a small dot in the pan where the glue had been. There was the shadow not in a separate pan but a pan that had literally 1 drop of glue or whatever they use. Picture the side of a small round sprinkle you'd put on ice cream. For a minute I thought, "well I could glue them all back in ... " (note many were in pan still) and then I thought why should I do that for an $80 luxury product that seriously I bought for the blue and light purple... the pink shade is too dark for my brow.
When you buy a CT fancy, holiday palette you expect it to be made better than a inexpensive palette you'd buy from Macys Backstage. That did happen with a palette recently from MIA that was $9.99 returned it and the other palette also had shadows fall out.
Not worth the money, and more so disappointed as I have bought a few of her palettes and kept them for years and they were made incredibly well. When I mentioned it at another store that had a sample to use with many missing they told me it's a problem.
It's a problem.
Beautiful colors...tho many are repetitive and I have similar but had it been to the quality I'd expect from CT it would have been kept on my dressing table and I'd have loved it.
Sadly it left a very bitter taste in my mouth and probably won't buy again. I wish I'd bought the colors as singles which were sold out when I wanted to a few years ago. I will say her eye liner/shadow pencils are awesome but think I'll stay away from her eye shadow palettes for a while. Sad, very sad.
Note I had to give a stare and the 1 star is for the compact itself and 2 shadows but unless you want to have them fall out and make a mess and glue them in yourself... don't bother. l
Silver lining was I turned it over on a table, had it been in my bed opening it up never expecting it I'd have had to have the bed spread or my clothes sent to the cleaners and hoped it came out. There was a photo to show the woman that ran the display but she said "she's seen it before" and I deleted the picture. Again very sad.

Great color!
I always like the mauve type colors and it is very hard to find. I ordered this palette for the mauves and purples and was hoping they wouldn’t be TOO mauve or purple if that makes sense. The colors although brilliant in the palette are very soft and blendable on the eye. Very pleased with the purchase.
