Smooth pencil
Love this pencil because the color is beautiful and goes on smooth. I’ve had issues with other eyeliners not having a smooth formula but this is perfect.

Old formula was much better.
I was a huge fan of Charlotte Tilbury’s cosmetic line. I use to absolutely LOVE the OLD FORMULA of Charlotte’s Rock -N- Kohl, Bedroom Black eyeliner. Charlotte’s old formula lasted for Over 24 hours without smudging or running from my watery eyes. However, this new formula DOSE NOT even last ONE hour without smudging, and running off and disappearing. The new Rock -N- Kohl, IS NOT WORTH the expensive price I paid for a high-end cosmetic line.
I’m so disappointed with all of the changes Charlotte’s line has made this past year. I am now looking for a new cosmetic brand. The new Rock -N- Kohl eyeliner is equivalent to her classic eyeliner which isn’t waterproof.

Bummed out
I have been using this eyeliner for a solid 10 years and I love it. Barbarella is my go to. Well, I was initially excited for the blender that was added to it. I thought “ great, I travel and I’ll bring this one in my travel bag for 1 less tool as this was a 2 in 1. Well, the formula has been changed and you don’t need anything to help smudge your line for a smokey eye. This formula is too smudgy and slippery on its own. The application doesn’t last nearly as long. I am super bummed out about this. Why mess with a good thing? I am using every bit of my pre - formula change eyeliner until they’re gone and then I will probably move on to another brand. These were the best of the best on the market. What a shame.

I was surprised at how bad this is as I have used other make up by this company. It flakes and smudges terribly.

this product goes on soooo easy and sooo creamy - I literally love it! one of the darkest eye pencils I've ever used. super easy to use and blend. will definitely be repurchasing!!

Amazing eye pencil
I love this eye pencil which is practically an eyeliner and eye shadow at the same time. Love the little spongy end that you can use to give a smokey eye effect. It's very gentle and soft on the skin. It easily comes of with any eye make up cleaner not need for heavy and strong stuff.
