Chantelle Lingerie
A pioneer in lingerie, Chantelle was launched in 1949 as a shapewear manufacturer, and began producing bras in 1960. Known for creating the first seamless bra with molded cups in 1972, Chantelle Intimates has grown to become a world leader in French lingerie. Its first factory in Epernay, France, is still in operation today, where a new generation of seamstresses use time-honored techniques.

Another Chantelle Hit
Being a 40DDD, there's a reduction in stylish, yet comfortable and pretty options available in bras. It is smooth enough to wear under most T shirts. This bra offers even more comfortable support than the Chantelle Rive Gauche, that has been my mainstay for the past several years.

Description did not mention under
Description did not mention under wire. As a breast cancer survivor, I do not wear underwear bras.

Disappointing
I love Chantelle bras. I'm a 38G and they are as supportive as they are beautiful. Unfortuantely, I agree with one of the other reviewers; the straps are thinner and less supportive, they dig in and roll up, I also don't get as much lift as other Chantelle styles. It also seems like the lace cuts into the top of the breast. Big disappointment. Unfortunately, I am unable to return since I purchased from Chantelle, which I was forced to do since Nordstrom did not have very many choices at the time. Nordstrom, please carry more options in Chantelle!

Nice bra
Nice bra, however no lining which I could not tell from the picture. Great if you are looking for a bra without lining, though!

Beautiful with support!
Since I have had my "free bra fitting" at the Pittsburgh Nordstroms, I found out two essentials: how to wear them: put them on correctly and I found out I wear a size smaller, larger cup size. Once fitted correctly, I looked taller and thinner!! I also found out Chantelle fits me the best. So I can now order with confidence! Thank you Nordstroms!!

Beautiful but not for me!
This is a beautiful well made bra, but sadly the straps were too wideset for my narrow shoulders. I also did not quite fill out the top of the cup. If you do not have narrow shoulders or settled breasts that often come with age, you may love this bra.

Okay
I have been purchasing Chantelle's Cashmire bra for years as my "go to" bra. The straps on this one aren't quite as wide and are a different elastic and while that makes them prettier, now they roll and dig in even after multiple adjustments. I also don't feel like I get quire as much lift and support as with the other style. I have large breasts and so it's hard to find a bra that fits well. I haven't given up on Chantelle, but, I won't order this style for myself again.
