What it is: A purifying, creamy clay mask infused with skin-perfecting botanicals.
What it does: Yuzu extract and enantia chlorantha bark extract refine and improve the appearance of pores, while kaolin clay absorbs oil and bisabolol soothes, leaving skin fresh and smooth.
How to use: Apply a generous layer twice a week over clean skin of face and neck. Leave on for 10 minutes. Gently remove with soft cotton and lukewarm water.

Deep cleansing treatment
This is a good deep cleansing mask
My skin really notices a difference when I use this deep cleansing treatment my pores look and feeler cleaner when o use this mask
My skin glows and looks like I have had a facial I like this mask when my skin feels oily and if I want to refresh my skin and get balance back into my skin
I only use a 50p amount and focus on my oily areas so this mask lasts me a long time I recommend especially if you have oily or combination skin

Wouldn’t recommend
I bought this product a month ago and have been using it about twice a week. As others have said it glides on and smells good but that’s about it. It’s messy to rinse off and stains. What bothers me most when spending so much on a luxury product is that it doesn’t leave the skin hydrated or pores tight or skin soft. It literally did nothing!

Very good
I have just recently purchased this mask so this review has been written after one use. I was initially put off by other reviews saying that it stained etc. so I purchased a couple of navy face flannels and bought it. I’m very glad I did as my skin now looks fabulous. I used the Chantecaille Hibiscus mask first to remove the dead skin and then used this straight after. It did sting a bit at first but that went away, and after washing it off my skin was glowing. Definitely worth purchasing if your skin needs a little help or you have a big event coming up. You don’t need much so the pot should last a fair while. I have combination skin and I get congested skin around my nose. Well that rubbish has all gone, and I’m very pleased.

not for me :(
my skin is normally fine with new products and i have never had a reaction before. whilst this mask was amazing and made my skin feel super refreshed and detoxed, the next day i unfortunately had many bumps all over my forehead. such a shame as the initial results were lovely - may have just been a purge but not worth the risk of trying again!

Bit too drying
My skin is usually quite resilient so I'm happy to try new products. I received a sample of this and can only report back after a single use. I left it on for approximately 15 or 20 minutes. It definitely pulled out some oily impurities from my nose but it left the fronts of my cheeks feeling quite tight - baby soft, but not very supple. I think it might be a product for those with an oilier complection.

Very soothing
I use this clay mask and Omorovicza’s (similar price points). This one smells better and is more soothing when it’s on your skin. It’s highly effective and not drying at all. However, you can really feel the Omorovicza one get to work when you’re using it, so for that reason I probably prefer it.

Really good
I love Chantecaille and I’ve been using this mask (I use the Hibiscus Smoothing Mask before it) and it’s fabulous. It’s not drying on the skin at all and whilst it clarifies the skin, it doesn’t strip it of moisture. I have a sensitive skin, with rosacea and was recommended to use this twice a week, which I do religiously. The two of the are an excellent combination and I would really recommend.
