too dry and too neon bright
I love the color swathes on my hand, unfortunately on the lips the colors that I tried (pirate, passion, palpitante and incandescente) were too bright. Don't get me wrong I am not afraid of brights, but these are neon bright in a tacky way. This is not the worst - the worst part is that they are way too dry. I cannot believe how mat they are in reality. (I don't have dry lips) Also the color changes when applied on the lips: something blue- red turns orange! The orange - on the lips looks like a raspberry. Dry lips effect does not flatter any age even very young. They are very long lasting - feels like they create a chemical reaction with the lips and tint them forever with a mat powdery surface.

Channel Rouge Allure Luminous Intense Lip
In my past life, I was a rep. for E.L. cosmetics.(Estee Lauder) I have been using Channel exclusively for the past 15 years. All products are superlative. The lipstick mentioned in my 5 star rating, is nourishing, and lasts long into the day, as I apply only 1x daily, except when going out in the evening. The colors are fascinating, not to mention the names.
I had a partial "lift" 5 years ago, mostly for my neck. The Dr. said that my eyes didn't need any work. Thankyou, Channel, Sublimage for the eye. That is a compliment, since I was a former smoker for 25 years.

#94 EXTATIQUE, nice color
CHANEL ROUGE ALLURE #94 EXTATIQUE has a nice pigment, long-wearing color, full coverage and does have a soft satin finish. And it does not feel sticky or heavy, you don't know that it is on your lips. I didn't think it was a bright intense color like how they show it on this site. I hope this helps, I wanted you to see what it looks like on my lips and the color of the lipstick.

Stunningly Gorgeous Reds!
I have long been a fan of red lipsticks so when Chanel introduced this new formula and I saw the gorgeous array of reds, I just had to give some a try! Passion is truly a drop dead beautiful red and good for any time of the day. Pirate is a bit darker and for some might be more of a evening color. Coromandel is a warmer bright red and very wearable. Palpitante is a delicious creamy feeling red with a fuschia cast - quite flattering and ladylike! If you are looking for a high quality lipstick, this formula and color variety will not disappoint!

CHANEL LIP COLOUR ROCKS!
I only buy Chanel Rouge Allure Luminous Intense Lip Colour because the colours are deep and rich and the product lasts all day. It lasts through eating, through exercising, through working and playing. Once I apply my lip color in the morning, I'm good to go and never have to worry about it again. After using this product, you'll be sold for life and won't waste money on any other lip colour.
