The only fragrance I will wear...

I was introduced to this fragrance at Nordstrom 8 years ago and for a few years I maintained a broad selection of other top name colognes that I would cycle through each week. Then I began to notice that every time I wore the Platinum I was receiving compliments from ladies wherever I went. Work, shopping, eating out, church, even the bank....it didn't seem to matter where I was, but some woman would always make it a point to tell me how wonderful I smelled. I may not be the brightest guy, but I am smart enough to know when something is working. I gave away all of my other colognes and have only worn Chanel Platinum Egoiste ever since. It has actually become somewhat of a joke in my family because for Christmas and my birthday it is the only thing I ever ask for.

Something's Off - Smell

I've been using this cologne since 1999. This is the first time that it does not smell like the correct cologne. This batch must have something wrong because it's incredibly citrusy and does not smell at all like the cologne I've been using for the last 25 years.

Perfect unlike Macy's

The product is authentic and it arrived on time as promised. I tried to order from Macy's first which was obviously a mistake as my shipment was "lost in transit"... but of course my order from Nordstrom.com was on time, the packaging was high quality and the merchandise was in perfect condition. "Egoiste," by Chanel is the only scent I will wear and is the only scent that all of my previous partners loved without reserve. I will always come to Nordstrom.com first for my future online purchases.

One of the best

Chanel allure sport has always been my favorite and will always be, that said....Egoiste is without a doubt a very close second! For any venue requiring a hint of sophistication this is the perfect sent!

Perfect for socials and romance

Channel Platinum Egoiste in my opinion is simply the best overall men's cologne for social engagements and especially romantic evenings. Not overpowering, long lasting, very unique, and simply in a class by itself. I've tried practically every men's cologne on the market and nothing comes close. The positive comments I've received about this cologne speak volumes and I can't recommend it enough.

My Forever Scent

I have found a scent that will be with me forever. I get compliments on this cologne every time someone is close enough to smell it. I try to keep the name a secret so no one else in my circle of friends will purchase it! I find the fragrance to be strong, romantic and sophisticated. If somehow I forget to put some on before I leave for the day I feel incomplete.
