packaging problem
The design of the dispensing container is very problematic. It’s hard sided, so you can’t squeeze out the shower gel, and it dispenses at a comically slow rate. I love Nordstrom, and Chanel no. 5, but I despise the poorly designed bottle, and want to trash it every time I try to use it.

Horrible Packaging
I’m only giving this one star because the scent is magnificent and the texture is luxurious. As the other reviewers said the packaging is absolutely horrendous- the twist and turn cap makes it hard to dispense the product and the hard plastic makes it impossible to squeeze. Never seen a packaging like this before. I will probably keep it because I hate returning cosmetics and as I said the shower gel itself is great but I will not buy again. What was Chanel thinking?

The packaging is a huge problem
The shower gel is lovely, but it is almost impossible to get it to come out of the bottle, especially for us older women. I’m so happy the bar soap is back in stock. I won’t repurchase the gel until the packaging is user friendly.

love the product, HATE the packaging
Hard plastic bottle and slide/twist top both combined , make it difficult to use as the narrowest of streams come out. Why this awkward design??? Hard to use!

What a complicated cap!
The cap does not turn completely, and it’s very difficult for the gel to come out of the bottle. The smell is very strong and caused me a very bad allergy. I had to return it!!
