What it does: This nondrying formula thoroughly and comfortably cleanses with deeply moisturizing effects. With wax-covered leaves that trap pollutants, the tulip tree has been planted worldwide for its anti-pollution effect. Taken from these leaves, tulip tree extract removes impurities caused by pollution with a unique cleansing action boosted by bioglucane, an ingredient that helps balance skin without stripping its natural barrier. Arum lily extract, taken from a flower known for its moisturizing properties, helps hydrate and soften skin, leaving it soothed for long-lasting comfort.
How to use: Apply in the morning and evening with a cotton pad to thoroughly cleanse your face and neck.

Not what I thought toner to be
I haven't used toner since middle school when I was dealing with some acne, but now that I'm getting older I want to take the best care of my skin. I thought I would give this a try based on the reviews. I remembered toner to be drying and uncomfortable. Not true with this! It leaves your skin feeling clean and moisturized but not oily, which was another one of my concerns. I also purchased the cleansing milk and I couldn't be happier with the two products. My face feels amazing, clean and soft! I'm considering trying more products because I'm so thrilled with the two I purchased.

EWWWW...
I really wanted to like this toner! It smelled wonderful and left a nice silky feel on the spot where the sales lady tested it on my hand. Alas, when I used it on my face it left a sticky residue. At first I thought my skin needed to absorb the hydration ingredients, but after an hour I had to wash my face to get it off. I just bought it today and tomorrow I'm taking it back.

Out of the world toner
I have sensitive skin and eczema, any other products I had used in the past irritated my skin until I started using Chanel skincare products. The best ever...I stopped using the hydra beauty eye gel and hydra beauty moisturizer, while continuing with the toner, because it is expensive, thought that there would be no difference, boy was I sorry. My skin is dry, itchy, blotchy and red so I am going to get my skin back. The toner helps but you really have to have a skincare routine. Everyone's skin is different these products are the bomb! WORTH THE SPLURGE!

It Works!
I originally bought this to remove traces of eye makeup that my face wash would miss - it is ophthalmologist tested. What I didn't realize was how effective it was at removing all traces of makeup without making my face feel taught or irritated. It has a faint floral scent which quickly disappears as the product dries. I only gave it four stars for the claim of 'anti-pollution properties of the flower extracts'. What kind of pollution are they targeting? Air, water, makeup - who knows. There is a vagueness here that is annoying. I have combination skin which is prone to blotches and drying if irritated. None of this happened when using Lotion Confort.

Tone it Down
I'm obsessed with this toner. It's my favorite part of my skin care routine. It feels clean & refreshing without drying my skin.

Best toner!
I love Chanel skincare and decided to try this toner since it says it comforts dehydrated and sensitive skin. It really feels comfortable and soothing. No need to look elsewhere! Sometimes when not in the mood for heavy creams, I use it at night and my face feels refreshed the next morning. Great product!

Amazing!
At 32, I have combination skin with sensitivity too blackheads and acne around my chin area. This toner keeps my chin and nose completely free of blackheads and acne. I have tried everything and this is the best!!
