Long lasting color and moisture
Hands down the best lipstick I've tried. Feels like an oil base, but smooth and emollient, not greasy. Rich color lasts for hours AND delivers moisture, which usually seems to be a trade off with other lipsticks. Beats other luxury lipsticks I've tried at every price point.

Disappointing
Disappointing for a Chanel product. Very little staying power. Feels silky and luxurious on the lips but colour wears off quickly.

Not up to Chanel standards.
Beige Rose is a nice color however it lacked staying power (20 minutes max), settled into fine lines, slipped onto teeth, and actually left my lips dry feeling. And as noted elsewhere, the cap didn't sit securely. I love many Chanel products (inimitable intense is my HG mascara) but this one was very disappointing and I returned it immediately. This is my third critical review of this product and I'm becoming increasingly frustrated with Nordstrom's unwillingness to post a critical review (I just posted a good review of shoes and it was available within two minutes!). Wondering if third time's a charm...

Beige Rose
Easy five stars. I purchased the shade Beige Rose and it is even more beautiful than I imagined. Staying power is longer than expected - 2 hours without eating and occasional drinking. Usually nude shades last no more than an hour on me. However, I don't mind reapplying moisturizing lip products throughout the day. This one is easy to throw in your bag and go. The high shine when you first apply slowly fades, revealing a beautiful, almost satin finish. My lips are usually parched and this is a gem. I am waiting for Rose Violine to arrive and am considering purchasing a back-up of Beige Rose because the color is so gorgeous and it's limited edition.

Beautiful lip color
I purchased this lip color in Rose Violine. It’s beautiful. It’s also very smooth and let oks lovely on. It has decent staying power as well I’m not a lip liner/lipstick person. I wanted a flattering color that would last but not dry out my lips like a lot of lipsticks do. This goes on easily, smoothly and is glossy at first, but dries down to a stain. My only reason for not give big it 5 stars is I’m hoping the product lasts for awhile. It’s hard to tell how much is in the packaging. The crayon is thinner than what’s shown in the picture. But, Chanel makes some beautiful colors.

Might work on younger lips
I tried this in Beige Rose, which wasn't a flattering color for me, so returned it. This product goes on creamy, which I didn't expect, but I felt like it dried out after a bit and settled into the lines of my lips. Not sure that I would try this again in other colors.

Easy, everyday lips
I was looking for a one step lip for everyday... and of course Chanel delivered!
I put on a touch of lip moisturizer first (old, dry lips), then line and fill my lips with Warm Rosewood for a perfect all day, everyday, look.
My favorite lip product ever... my hairstylist loved it too!!Only have to touch up after meals.
