Love the luxury of them!
I bought these just because I love everything Chanel.
They lived up to the name! They are the softest things I have ever felt and I loved using them to take off my eye makeup.
I hate using them at the same time because I don't want to waste them and use them all up. Luckily you get so many!

This must be a bad batch??
I used to swear by these. Most other cotton pads gather up when wiping down your face and these were sturdy enough not to so all while being extra soft! This batch however is not. The box I received in my last order hardly even has the Chanel logo impression on the pads, and when I use them I have cotton on my face as if I used a generic cotton ball. This never happened with these before so I’m guessing something has changed with the way they are made. I won’t be ordering these anymore.

Chanel vs Cle de Peau
I have used these pads before and like everyone else says; they are not like 'regular cotton', they don't leave fur balls all over your face, they are thick and you can cut them in half. Yes, they do all of these things and they are worth the $20 for 20 pads. I happen to like Cle de Peau as well. With Cle de Peau, you get 120 pads for $24 and they do and are just about the same as Chanel. I cannot say what one I prefer over the other. It has been so long since Ive used the Chanel's. So today as a gift to myself(kind of), I bought both, the Chanel and Cle de Peau. If memory and amount of times each were purchased serves me correctly. I do like the Cle de Peau more.....I think! They are equally as great and are great in quality, I just haven't figured out what one to stick with. I thought I'd share the information about Cle de Peau, incase buyers were interested in a similar high quality reputable brand. So I gave Chanel the four stars because you get more with Cle de Peau and my purchase history shows I like them more.

I know it might be silly to pay $20 for cotton, but it is worth the money. I broke down and bought a box and it's so soft and smooth on my skin. You can only expect the best from CHANEL and that is what this is.

A Luxury Item for sure!
First of all the packaging for this item is amazing. I thought I was opening up a package for something worth $200!! Seriously the packaging is beautiful!! Now I'm being picky because this is Cotton for $20! The Chanel logo, is not especially clear on the cotton. But this is not an issue really. Each piece is actually extra large and could easily even be cut in half. And they are very soft. If cotton could be Gourmet these are gourmet. Martha Stewart would be proud!! My recommendation cut them in half make them go further or buy a box and share with a friend and now it's only 10 bucks for the purchase. And you can still cut your portion in half and it is worth it!!

One of the best gifts I ever received
My daughter-in-law brought this as a gift one day. We are both into skin cleansing and care and also love "fine" things. I now find excuses to give to special friends as a gift when I know they have everything they need. these are now a "want". Once you use them to clean your face, with or without cleanser or eyemakeup remover, you won't go back to cotton balls, or tissues that shred. They just feel ohhh so good and don't break up. The value is wonderful. You get 100 for just $20. What a luxury to use on your face. You won't go back....I promise.
