Not as adjustable as you need
The back heel strap isn't adjustable, so I have a pair a sandals I'm going to have to either sew it up to fit or return them.

Straps too long for kids
New to chacos, and my daughter and I both hate them. I do not understand this adjustable strap system. The length of the shoe is correct for my 8 yr old but the straps are way too long once we get them tight enough around her feet. The portion of the strap that goes around the back of the shoe cannot be adjusted so we have all this extra strap around her ankle. I really gave it a good 20 minutes of trying to size the straps before giving up. Who has time for this?
