Certified 5 1/2Ct Bauer Diamond Engagement Ring 14k Gold or Platinum Lab Grown

You know this is twice now we have bought this ring just to receive the ring completely damaged! I'm beyond upset. I've cried and cried and cried over them completely ruining my wedding. Now here's the problem since this is the second time we have paid for this ring for it to come damaged and now we're out of time so I either have to settle with paying full price for a damaged item or not have my wedding ring! This is absolutely ridiculous really and what a waste of $3000! When I say it's not worth the headache I promise you it's not. I'm already waiting on a $3000 refund and just received the replacement I had to also pay for as I wait on a refund for them sending a damaged item to begin with! I'll never spend another dime with this company period. There's Knicks and scratches all over a supposedly brand new $3000 ring that was apparently inspected twice also and I guess they didn't care what it looked like bc they passed it anyways. I can't believe they would just completely waste a customers money like they have done me twice now! The ring would be absolutely beautiful if it would just come not damaged! This is twice now and there won't be a third attempt bc why should I have to pay almost $9000 for a $3000 ring and then have to wait on refunds bc of yalls mistakes. What a joke for real and you completely ruined my wedding so I appreciate that one jerk! All it took was someone to do their d job and look at it before they shipped it. It was just thrown loose in the box again so It can be thrown all over and messed up also! What a joke fr!
