A Wardrobe Emergency
Profound thanks to Chicago Nordstrom’s Kara and the DC team at The Rack for their incredible teamwork in removing a security tag which had been missed at check-out. The jacket was needed for a formal affair the next day so no way to remedy it myself. Thanks to the amazing teamwork of both stores and the Herculean effort of associates and managers, I now have a wearable jacket! This is why I am a Nordstrom’s customer!
