owed a refund
I used to work at Nordstrom and their customer support has tanked it’s sad. I returned these in store and I didn’t realize until I got home they returned the incorrect pair of glasses and owe me the difference. Online support said I had to go back in store and that they couldn’t help me. Just keep the $40 it’s not worth my time. Sad to lose another fave place to shop.
