What it is: A lightweight liquid essence that preps the skin for active ingredient delivery, resulting in brighter, more luminous and visibly rejuvenated skin.
What it does: The enriched formula, created by Dr. Yannis Alexandrides, supports healthy collagen synthesis, reduces fine lines and wrinkles and firms the skin for a lifted, more youthful appearance. The essence helps skin appear brighter and plumper.
Key ingredients:
- Diamond particles: gently exfoliates the skin to ensure deeper delivery of the active ingredients
- Tranexamic acid: fades dark spots and hyperpigmentation
- Hematite extract: supports collagen synthesis and restores loss of volume, results in plumper skin

How to use: Following 111SKIN Vitamin-C Brightening Cleanser (sold separately), pour 5-7 dropsof the Brightening Essence into the palms of your hands and press firmly onto freshly cleansed skin to optimize the delivery and absorption of actives.

Great essence
For me this celestial diamond brightening essence from 111skin is a very great essence. After a week I notice that my dark spots are lighter and my skin looks and feels firmer. The essence will be absorb very fast and have a very nice smell. Nice that you can buy a travel size.

Facial skin irritation
After applying this serum to my face twice, I developed rashes all over my face including my eyes (where I had applied this serum). It left my face dry, itchy, red and swollen. I had to go see a doctor who prescribed me steriods for 7 days - Prednisone, to get rid of the skin irritation. I wouldn't recommend this serum.

Lovely Product
I only had a small sample of this essence so cannot fully review its long term impact on my skin. It has a lovely scent and felt refreshing on application causing no sensitivity. It absorbs well and my complexion looked radiant. I love that you can purchase a smaller size for travel.

Great holiday size
I really like 111skin so I wanted to try this essence, the fact that it’s a trial size made it an easy purchase.
So far only used it a couple of times, but it feels nice on my skin and doesn’t irritate it.
No results yet regarding skin clarity, but early days.

Might be too lightweight for me
I purchased the small bottle as a trial and I'm really not sure. The smell is fabulous, the formula is lightweight and absorbs instantly. Sadly, I don't think it's boosting my skin that much. I get a bit of a glow at first but it's gone about an hour later. I also have to use moisturiser because this isn't enough on its own. I'm going to enjoy the bottle I have because it feels luxurious to put on but probably won't go back for another.

Lovely scent
I love the scent of this product and enjoy using it for the scent. However, other than that and the fact that it’s not drying, I haven’t noticed any other visible difference to my skin. It’s also rather watery so you have to apply it quickly before it starts running down your arm. Given the price tag I wouldn’t repurchase it.
