Size Up, Definitely
I love the style of dual layered lace fabric, and love the way it hugs the curves and accentuates the derriere. This is the first item Ive gotten from HOCB that does not have stretch, and is fitted. For dresses like the Belle, the Artemis, Katarina, Nalini, Syrah I wear a size small, the mediums are loose on me in the bust and waist. I took a chance because this skirt has no stretch and purchased the medium; it is still a tight fit! I can sit down comfortably though. My waist is 27 inches and hips are 37.5 inches. Again, I love the fit, and am so happy with my purchase. I am also 5'3" and will be needing to get it tailored shorter.
