Lovely basic black sweater

I saw this as I was walking around looking at the new merchandise today. I like ruffled, elbow length sleeves and that is what caught my attention. The material is soft. The v-neck is deep on me but that will show off a new longer crystal necklace I bought recently. My bra did not show. I know I will get a lot of use out of this. I bought my usual size in Cece, which is large. I am 5’4” and 118 pounds apple shape.
