Poor Quality, Bad fit
Like a lot of reviews on CeCe this season - the material is very thin, and it is SUPER ITCHY. The bottom isn't well constructed - the seams are off and it isn't flattering. It fits a little large but it's very boxy. I'm a huge CeCe fan but this one isn't good. I would pass.
