Not for me
The idea of this blouse is good and I liked the material. For reference, I'm 5'3", 105 lbs. and Cece blouses are cut very wide, so this ended up looking like a maternity top. I thought I'd like the ruffles on the cuffs, but it looked almost clownish. Unfortunately, it just didn't work for me.

This Blouse Has A Beautiful Flow
What a fabulous top, I loved it so much I also got it in the leopard print. This bright, cheerful red is an amazing color. The top is well made, light and airy, flows like poetry. I find I wear the smocking much higher on my shoulders since I am older and it works nicely that way with the sleeves a little shorter but looking fabulous with the tiered, flowing cuff. Since the cut of the blouse is oversized it works on me, I love this blouse with a black velvet pencil skirt, black boots and some fabulous jewelry.

Beautiful Hot Red
I am 5'4 and 114 pounds and ordered this top in an XS thinking it would be perfect color for Valentines Day. The top is very feminine and what a beautiful bright red. However, this top is cut super full and looked to large on me even for a flow look. I tucked it into my slacks but even then it was cut way to full for my shape.

Pretty Color!
The color was pretty and I liked the style but I did not like the fabric. It was flimsy and the quality was lacking. Ran large and the ruffles were not attractive!
