I look like a linebacker!

This dress looks so cute online, but it seems to run big AND the puff sleeves border ridiculous. I’m 5’8, 135 lbs and bought my usual size medium. Perhaps if I sized down to a small it would be better? But I just can’t get past the sleeves. It will be returned.
