One of my main uses is for my recurring Costochondritis, it immediately helps. 2nd important use, when my neck is out of whack, if placed at night on the back of my neck, it calms my pinched nerve by morning!

LET ME JUST SAY the Hemp Queen Patches took me to a different level of chill. I use either the hemp queen or the night night every night. I sleep like a baby. Going thru menopause at a younger age was rough. Getting a good nights sleep is key and these definitely help me sleep. My body and mind is way more relaxed using these.
