More brown than expected -shady fulfillment
Shady fulfillment practices at Nordstrom. The box it was shipped in had “Handbag” printed on it, and someone took themselves a peek inside. “Inside” theft scheme? To prevent excessive product loss and customer disappointment due to missing items (especially this time of year - Christmas)… this practice should be reevaluated.

Beautiful but BIG
This bag was very beautiful. Good quality leather. I personally didn’t love the double handle, and it is LARGE. If you were more type A (and I mean that in a good way) than me, you would have measured and considered this. I did not. So back it went to the store.

This is a nice leather bag. It fits my 16” laptop and looks high quality. I like having the different handle options. The downside is that it lacks structure and the side walls flop over easily. I wish this was a bit more structured and that it contained a laptop sleeve. I plan to add an organizer and/or base to the bag to give it more structure. Overall it’s nice and I will be keeping it.
