Body shape: Waist narrower than shoulders and hips

Cropped and short arms
The fabric is beautiful but I’m 5’8” and it doesn’t even hit my waist. The sleeves aren’t full length. It’s also narrow in the shoulders. This should be labeled for what it is — a cropped cardigan with bracelet sleeves. If I sized up in hopes it would be longer, it’d be huge in the waist. It might work on someone very petite.
