not designer quality
I wore this handbag a few times & the leather has worn off on every corner of the bag. It completely cheapens the look. This is not normal wear/tear for a designer bag. None of my other designer bags have rubbed off (some I’ve had much longer) Nordstrom won’t do an exchange. Really disappointed in my first ysl purchase & disappointed with Nordstrom customer service.

Horrible quality
I cannot return this bag fast enough. The leather is stiff as a board and the purse does not snap! I didn't even remove it from the packaging. Returning tomorrow. Not sure at all why this brand is so popular. Better quality bags on Amazon.

Awful Quality Designer Bag
After two wears my Fiancé found noticeable scratches on the 'YSL' golden emblem. This is not designer quality and people should stay far away from purchasing a product like this. Unacceptable.
