I been waiting for an update email , every time I call they tell me it says 2-4 more day I called and they tell me the same I don’t understand why can’t I get a straight answer

softer than expected
We had read the ratings of softness of 7. 8/10, but find that the mattress seems much softer that expected. . Even getting in/out the edges mostly compress. We may try to find a firmer topper to add to it, although that will make it too tall perhaps.

We've bought this mattress twice.
We've bought this mattress twice. Loved it the first time I purchased it. The 2nd time, felt a little different. But, after two weeks, I am sleeping just fine and am glad I bought this again.
