Cheap.
I am 5'5", 130lbs, 34DD, typically a 4-6 depending on item. This dress is thin and flimsy with zero structure, even in the elastic bodice. I do believe it was made for size 2 stick figures with no boobs as all Petal and Pup clothing is. It was worn once and has been donated. Waste of money.
