Not on wool!

Only when I began to read the instructions did I discover that this machine is not suitable for use on wool or wool mix carpets. What earthly good is that?! As such it will be useless for many would-be purchasers and I sent mine back. Information relating to where it can and cannot be used should be displayed far more prominently in the product description and would thereby have saved a lot of hassle with returning it. I have had to fill in a date "when I used it" in order to complete this review, but actually I did not use it, or even get it unpacked as the instructions were on top and I got no further when I realised it was unsuitable.

Replacement Machine

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a replacement of one that I had purchased previously that stopped dispensing water/solution. I love this machine, so easy to operate whether you are carpet cleaning, spot cleaning or using the upholstery tool. The solutions work very well. I have 3 cats who often make messes and this is a life saver. I also love how my carpet doesn’t feel overly saturated and it dries within 4-6 hours!
