Carolina Packable Straw Hat

I understand that this is a "packable" hat, but there has to be some care given when packing. My hat arrived from Nordstrom smushed in a small bag. Like other reviewers said, the hat is completely crumpled and has creases that will not come out — sadly I have to return it. Can you please put hats in boxes to protect them when delivering? The hat otherwise is great quality and fits comfortable.

Classic style with an excellent sun coverage.

Like the style and fit of this hat for sunny days. Agree with the other reviewer about it arriving misshapen though. It was squeezed into a bag.

For some reason Nordstrom can't send hats to customers in appropriate packaging. The "packable" ones are squished into flimsy bags and completely destroyed by the time they get delivered. I will never order another hat from my wonderful Nordstrom, only in person from now on!
