Runs Narrow

I LOVE these boots!!!! they shaft/calf is narrow which is what I was looking for because i don't like wide boots, and the sole is padded inside. Very comfortable.

Received Worn Scuffed Up Boots

I reordered these boots because the first pair were too big. I reordered them in a size 10. I’m normally between 10.5 and 11. However, I didn’t get to try these on because they had been worn. Nordstrom sent me boots that had been visible worn outside and had dirt on the soles and scuff marks on the heel and the sides of them. There was also this white dust or powder on the back part of the boot that stretches. I was very disappointed and will not attempt to reorder these. I’m definitely hesitant to order anything at this point because I have to take time out of my day and drive to FedEx to send them back. Such an inconvenience! Shame on them!

Too small, but nice cushioned foot bed

I bought my normal size but it was too small, and the heel felt very rigid and uncomfortable. But the footbed was well cushioned and they were cute enough that I'm going to try a bigger size if they have it.

Worth it!!

Amazing! I had gone through 7 pairs of boots before landing on these, totally worth it! They are so comfortable, fit my calf perfectly, are actually water resistant, and look great. They also do not come too high up by my knee - I'm 5'2" and this had been a big challenge with other high boots! For fit information, I have really narrow calves and a high arch, so these are perfect for me.

Great for narrow calves without looking too tight.

Got these boots as a gift. Fit my feet perfectly, if a little snugly when I wear my thickest socks for the coldest winter days. Still some wiggle room in the calf so they don't look like a super tight fit (to balance outfits well)

Not a true fit to size

He arrived for my wife and they were about a size 2 small and when I returned them to Nordstrom‘s, they refused to pay for the shipping on the return. I would recommend not going to Nordstrom‘s as their customer service was lacking from years past.
