Candace Tiered Mini Dress

I have this dress in the white version, and it's perfect for summer! Nice, thick material and everything but the sleeves is lined! The colors on the piping are nice and bright and easy to accessorize. The only thing that isn't so great is the way the neck area/shoulder area hangs - I'm not sure if it's the weight of the dress or what, but because the neck is split the neck and shoulder area ride up towards your chin. You can feel it pulling backwards. I'm hoping I can ask alterations if there's a fix for this. It would get very annoying feeling this "pull" everytime I wear the dress. To be continued!
