Pelotas XLF Sneaker (Men)

I have been buying and wearing Campers for 25 years and over that time I have grown to prefer the XLite Pelotas, they are just easier to walk around in, especially in London. But the pair I bought recently have gone too far, there is no padding on the tongue or the sides, they have lost that lovely sense of Camper quality, and it makes me wonder if this is more to do with the saving of money than saving on the weight. Come on Camper, please don’t go down this road, quality and comfort are everything, even when they are XLite.

The make and quality of these was really poor. I've bought alot of campers over the years and the quality has always been brilliant. These feel like they have been made with no care and attention. They feel poorly finished, rough thin leather on the tongues and very squint camper logos with poor threading. Camper really need to sort quality control because the price remains high and is only worth it if the shoes are excellent quality.
