Arrived week after expected delivery date
Ordered these before an upcoming holiday, along with another pair of sandals for my boyfriend. The package arrived five days later as expected, but without my sandals in it. Mine must’ve been accidentally left out, as I had to then wait an additional 5 days for the second parcel to arrive, which came after I’d left for my holiday. I didn’t receive any apology or explanation email regarding the mistake. I wouldn’t have ordered the sandals had I known they’d take so long to arrive as they were purchased specifically for this trip. Super disappointed, will be returning.

Lovely - but rubbed at the back
Love how these look and are very comfortable in general but unfortunately there's a seam in the leather on the back strap which rubbed so much I bled. Not sure what to do about it as it's a sharp corner of leather.
