Camparisli Pointed Toe Mary Jane Slingback Pump

The shoes are beautiful but the pair I received had very obviously been worn, and not just once. The soles were scuffed, creases in the leather, all packing materials expected with new shoes were missing. Someone had enjoyed these shoes for some time. When I returned them, explaining the condition of the shoes when I received them, I got sideways glances from the salesperson as if I was the one who had worn them. Not a fan of this shopping experience at all. For a pair of shoes that cost nearly $1000, why is Nordstrom’s not checking to make sure shoes are sent to customers in new condition?

Thank you Senad at the Roseville Nordstrom for suggesting these beautiful shoes for me. I love them. They are so comfortable and fit so well. I normally wear a 7.5 but since they run small we went with the 8.5. I can’t wait to wear these with Jeans, with my suits for work.
