Gayle Pointed Toe Pump

I was shocked at just how cheap these shoes looked. The metal logo on the heel was so conspicuous it detracted from the entire shoe. I didn't like the quality period particularly the plastic soles that certainly were noticeable. They also had a 'funny' smell not sure if it was the leather or the plastic. I returned them. Still I would like to acknowledge Nordstrom's wonderful service and return policy . I have taken the time to write this review because I normally read reviews before purchasing items or not and they do have an affect on whether I purchase an item or not. I hope this helps.

These heels are very cute, and a great heel height for those of us who fall into the category of "I cant wear stilettos any more, but I cant get behind kitten heels". I have these in navy, bought primarily for work attire and they are very versatile. The embellishment on the back is a nice touch.

I love these shoes. I bought the espresso kid suede pump and the color is a very rich deep dark brown. The shoe fits beautifully and is true to size. I wear an 8 1/2 and that is the size I purchased. I usually buy 4 inch heels. The heels on these pumps are 3 inches and they are still sexy, as well as being very comfortable. I have worn the shoes to work three times already. I am a high school teacher and I do a lot of standing and walking all day and at the end of each of those three days, the shoes still fit comfortably. To be perfectly honest, when I purchased the shoe on-line, I was not crazy about the fact that there was a goldtone metal piece on the back of the heel. However, when I put on the shoe and looked in the mirror, I decided that I liked the way it looked. I am not sure if it is really metal or plastic because I have not closely examined it. Hopefully, it will not tarnish or crack. Finally, I have received a godzillion compliments on the shoes every time I have worn them. Overall, I am very pleased with this purchase and I would definitely buy them again.

This is my fifth pair (and color) of the Calvin Klein "Gayle" pump. Perfect fit every time as soon as you put it on and they look classic and beautiful wearing with skirts or slacks. There are many colors so you'll always have a pair to wear with your outfits. You cannot go wrong and highly recommend - but leave at least one for me - and my next color!

I bought these shoes in the greige color and loved them. The color was perfect and the heel was super comfortable. My feet are a bit wide so my toes felt a bit constricted but I loved them so much I got the black patent leather in a half a size larger and they're perfect! Will be buying more colors!!

This shoe, in chocolate brown patent, has a beautiful finish. Its not a traditional shiny patent. There is a very subtle ribbed groove, almost like corrugation in the texture. The finish is heightened by a very understated sparkle that's really only detectable up close. Very pretty. Runs a little small. Had to order a half size up.
