Big disappointment
I had such high hopes for this tow bag, but it is such a disappointment. One, it is too heavy. Two, it is too small. Three, I was really excited for the little wallet pocket at the top when they towed us out. Four, I do like the trolley sleeve. Five, the fabric sticks to every Taxi seat and makes it hard to slide over when you have tons of luggage and are getting into a cab at the airport.

I use this bag daily
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use this bag daily for work. It holds what I need it to and is fairly comfortable to carry around. I do kind wish it had a slightly lighter interior as it can feel like you're looking into a black hole.

The material of the Luka
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The material of the Luka tote seems sturdier than the other puffer bags I own. This regular size is also very spacious. I usually carry a laptop, an iPad and some books on this and they all fit fine. I have yet to use the extension at the bottom. I also appreciate the padded straps, since my stuff don't feel as heavy as before. One thing though, Calpak sent me a tote bag with loose threads on the strap. They offered to replace it but shipping it back was not an option for me.
