LOVE!

This is my favorite thing to bring on a plane as a personal item! easy to pack a lot of things and slides right under the seat! I also previously used this as my bookbag in optometry school and I loveeeeed it

Poor Quality no warranty

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this backpack 2 year ago and the handles ripe off six months ago. Despite they said they have a 2 year warranty - see below, they did not honored. 2 YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY This CALPAK product (this “Product”) carries a 2-Year Limited Warranty to the original purchaser against defects in material and workmanship for two (2) years from the original date of purchase. If defective, this Product will be repaired or replaced with the same or similar product at the discretion of CALPAK. For the price its not worth it. They are other brands that are better cheaper will better quality. Will not buy the products again. See photo attached.

Cute and Functional!

I got the Luka 15 inch backpack in Orchid, it's such a beautiful perfect lavender purple color! the straps are comfortable and not bulky looking, there is a great laptop sleeve and so many zip pockets for organization, I definitely recommend it!

Zippers snapped, teeny water bottle pocket

I had this bag for over a year and all of the rubber parts attached to the zipper managed to snap off so I hate using it now and the water bottle pocket only fits like Aquafina bottles not reusable ones. Not enough space either especially if you use the show compartment it takes up like half the big. I’m a women’s size 10 and getting both shoes to fit in the compartment was near impossible.

I’ve only had this backpack

I’ve only had this backpack for a week but so far I like it. I wish that the water bottle pocket was bigger. Also the straps have little to no padding.

Best backpack

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Have had this backpack for 3 years now and use it M-F to commute in NYC. It has held up so well and truly is the best backpack. So many things have spilled on it and it’s so easy to clean. I fit soooo much stuff in it as well. 10000/10 recommend!
