Really soft!
The sweater is super soft and I honestly love the color. The color does look more like a pale light yellow rather than a cream though.

So disappointed
The cable V-neck sweater is not cream, it is yellow. It had a different price tag than what is listed on- line. Returned for the correct sweater, receive another yellow sweater and the price tag was removed. Now I have to return again and they only give you 4 days to return or your will be charged for another sweater if you are exchanging.

Questionable quality
The cable v neck had multiple snags, loose threads and knots connecting the skeins of yarn on the outside of the sweater. Had to pull out my crochet hook.
