Arrived without a box or safety seal
Bought this cream for a gift and picked it up in store. For the price, the least one could expect is that the cream would come in a box and with the tamper seal on. Received neither. Excellent scent but unfortunately might return it due to safety concerns.

the packaging felt disappointing
I wanted to share some feedback about my recent order.
The item arrived without a box and was wrapped only in paper, and it was visibly crushed.
For a $50 item, the packaging felt disappointing, especially since it could have been intended as a gift.
I’m not necessarily requesting a return, but I wanted to share this so future orders can be packaged more carefully.
