Details & care

What it is: A fragrance that's the embodiment of refined luxury that amplifies the dynamic duality of citrus brilliance and woody sophistication, crafted from radiant grapefruit and rare ambergris accords.

Fragrance story: A nighttime journey through Kerala, known as the Spice Garden of India and home of the magnetic Tiger's Eye. Its optical effects with yellow and brown stripes fascinated ancient civilizations. For them, the Tigers Eye was the gemstone that sees everything, connecting humankind to the energy of the Earth and the Sun and bringing mental strength and intuition. Bvlgari Le Gemme Tygar Extrait is a fragrance of captivating contrast, an exquisitely concentrated interpretation of the iconic Le Gemme Tygar Eau de Parfum. At its heart, radiant grapefruit and rare ambergris accords create a luminous citrus-woody harmony, elevated with polished depth and sensual allure. The warmth unfolds through the elegance of Benzoin siam and Peru balsam absolutes.

Style: Citrus, woody.

Notes:
- Top: grapefruit accord
- Middle: ambergris accord
- Base: benzoin siam, Peru balsam

Better than the original

I dont post reviews typically unless I was incentivised. I bought this with my hard earned money and am enjoying every penny. This has the beautiful grapefruit up top with a blast of smooth woods and some amber. Performance is great aswell, 10 hours on skin easily and like 18+ on clothing.

Not a fan

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I did not like the smell of this one. The citrus notes combined with the woody notes kind of smelled sour to me.

Clean, Warm, Cozy

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It's clean, sophisticated, and cozy. The extrait has an amber and woody backbone that make it phenomenal for cooler weather and upscale evening wear.

Tygar Extrait Surprised Me

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This fragrance opens into a very strong amber that settles into a very sweet citrusy amber. On first impression, I didn’t think the scent was for me. However, once I started wearing it more, I really enjoyed it. Projection is fantastic and the scent lasts several hours before it starts to fade. Great unisex scent.

Le Gemme Tygar Extrait

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My first impression was that it smelled really strong when you first pull the bottle out but after using it the strong scent wasn't actually too strong if you use one or two sprays overall the scent smelled good and it lasted all day you can still smell it on your clothes going into the next day!
