Fragrance story: Burning Leather is an ode to the inspiration of the first Rabanne fragrance, Calandre: a sensual encounter, on the raw leather seats of a vintage car. The hot tension of raw leather, sweetened by a maple syrup elixir and liquorous Bourbon vanilla, elevated by skin-soft iris butter and smooth, ambery labdanum resinoid. Presented in a jewel of glass bottle, with metal features. The 1969 Calandre design inspires the bottle hyper-sculptural form. A stand-out detail adorns its front: the emblematic 'Eight' link, one of Monsieur Rabanne’s first metallic pieces.
