Very Disappointed; caught off guard and shockingly surprised by the lack of quality in packaging. My wife’s Christmas Burberry handbag wrapped in plastic bag with no dust bag or Burberry packaging and no Burberry authenticity/ credentials! Burberry distribution would also be shocked.

I picked up this bag at a Nordstrom Rack near me The packaging was horrible. It was shoved in the dust bag then a messy plastic wrap job to cover it. No authenticity credentials. No box. All of my designer bags comes with a box and better quality packaging. Very upsetting. I think I am returning this. To expensive for this experience

I love the design for this tote and I was happy to get one for a mother's day gift last May and in less than six months of use, I saw that the handles started to peel off!!!! What?? Shocks! For the price paid, I expect better quality. It is going back, though I really liked the design, sadly, I can't keep it.
