Exceptionally Disappointing
I decided to splurge and purchased this online for myself just before Christmas. I was very excited and loved the color, as well as how large the scarf was. I wanted a lighter-weight scarf - this was rather thin, but I decided it would do the trick. With the FIRST WEAR, the ends of the scarf came apart - literally one thread at a time. Hoping to salvage the scarf rather than return it, I took it to a Nordstrom near me and spoke to the tailor. She removed several more threads that were coming apart/unraveling, and told me it was best to not stitch it and hope for the best. So I did. I wore it one more time, and it started to unravel even more - on both ends! I am so disappointed. I am VERY careful with all of my things. For the price I paid, I am incredibly disappointed in the product. It's shocking how poor the construction of this scarf is. I returned it and purchased a solid cashmere scarf (which I love).

Beautiful scarf!
Have been wanting this scarf forever This scarf if beautiful and I've gotten a lot of great compliments. Great length, very delicate. Looks great with a variety of outfits.

Falling apart after wearing twice :(
I'm very sad to say that this lovely scarf has started to come unwoven on the fringed ends, one thread at a time. I have only worn it twice and I am very careful with my things, this was not from user error. I'll be returning it and finding a more substantial Burberry scarf, perhaps the square merino wool giant check scarf with fringe. I tried that one at my local store and it felt very substantial. That being said, this one is very soft and SO big which is fun for styling options. The square one only allowed for wrapping around the neck once and left very short ends, but I think I can make it work well.

Pilling and fuzzing
I bought this scarf 2 days ago from Nordstrom in San Francisco. It is all pilling up already!!! I bought the bright navy. I hope it's not a fake. I bought it from the store itself. Very disappointed because I don't live near a Nordstrom to return it...

No Box?
Love it, but really surprised it came in a plastic bag with no Burberry box. The unveiling of the beautiful packaging is half the fun. Boo :-( wouldn't want to gift this to anyone without a Burberry box. Same thing with Burberry Bridal Crossbody, dustbag seems very cheap and no box there either. Surprised.
