Broke twice for two time uses
If I could give a 0 I would. The first time I used, it did not glide easily and smudged, and the tip broke. I thought about returning it but I was lazy. I've been using the Lancôme Le Crayon Khol and want to try different product out there. The Lancôme Le Crayon Khol is much better than this Burberry Kohl eyeliner.
The second time I used this Burberry Kohl eyeliner, as soon as when I pulled the lid off, the whole product jumped out of the pen. Now what? I don't know if I can still return it?

Not what I expected
Doesn't have too much pigment and don't last. When you try to reapply erases the previous color in the waterline. Chanel eyeliner is way better.

Pale Grape is disappointingly pale
I was hoping that Pale Grape would be a unique shade of purple but it was disappointingly pale -- more pale than purple. I guess I can't say that it wasn't accurately named. But I expected much more from Burberry, especially at this price point!

Great liner
This is a great eyeliner. I am a bit of an eyeliner fanatic and this one stays the longest on the water line and doesn't smudge. I have the brown but will eventually get the black. You will not regret this purchase.

Very good
This eyeliner is long lasting non irritating on the water line and doesn't smudge. I gave it 4 stars because it lasts 6-8 hrs then slightly starts to wear off.

Love this pencil...
I have sensitive and allergic skin... For some reason, the Burberry cosmetics don't bother me. And I love them! They did discontinue the color of the first shadow I tried (in the product line) but replaced it with something similar so I really can't complain. These products are well-pigmented, stay on well and seem to last a decent amount of time. Try them!
