Great quality!

These are super comfy, as the material is smooth and stretchy. I've had them for over a year and the lace hasn't deteriorated at all. I'm usually about a size 6 in pant and the mediums were perfect.

disappointing; shameful to sell such poor quality

DONT buy. Can’t believe that Nordstrom would carry such poor manufactured merchandise. Really? I’d have a discussion with your buyer. Returned immediately.
